How is Leucorrhoea Diagnosed?
Leucorrhoea is diagnosed through a physical examination and lab tests. The most common symptom of leucorrhoea is a thick, yellow discharge from the vagina or anus. Other symptoms may include vaginal itching, a burning sensation when passing urine, and a general feeling of being unwell.
If you have any of these symptoms, you should see your doctor. The diagnosis may be made based on the appearance of the discharge, the symptoms you are experiencing, and your medical history. In some cases, leucorrhoea may be suspected if you have a fever or other signs of infection.
There is no specific treatment for leucorrhoea, but antibiotics may help to reduce the amount of discharge. If back pain is also present, your doctor may recommend additional treatments such as analgesics or physiotherapy.
