What is Pathogenesis?
Physiological leucorrhoea is a condition that results from abnormal shedding of the uterine lining. The most common cause is an infection with the bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis. Other causes include pregnancy, childbirth, and cancer.
The symptoms of physiological leucorrhoea are vaginal discharge, abdominal pain, and fatigue. The discharge may be yellow, greenish-white, or red and may contain blood or pus. The discharge may also be thick and stick to clothing. A woman with physiological leucorrhoea may feel feverish and achy.
